EFT for Weight Loss

In this series of 4 one-hour, weekly classes, we will use Emotional Freedom Technique, also called Tapping to address our anxiety, habits and fears about body image and weight loss. Each class will focus on a different aspect. You can join anytime. We will tap together on Zoom.

First meeting theme: What I believe about being overweight.
Second meeting theme: What do I crave, when do I eat for comfort.
Third meeting theme: Loving my body right now.
Fourth meeting theme: I’m not sure I can change.

EFT is a safe, easily learned technique. While tapping in a group gives us a boost of support, each person will be able to continue to tap in between classes when issues and anxieties surface.

This class will meet on four consecutive Tuesdays to establish a foundation for EFT practice. We can then decide to continue with more meetings for ongoing support and deeper work.
