EFT for Weight Loss

In this series of 4 one-hour, weekly classes, we will use Emotional Freedom Technique, also called Tapping to address our anxiety, habits and fears about body image and weight loss. Each class will focus on a different aspect. We will tap together, either in person or by Zoom.

EFT is a safe, easily learned technique. While tapping in a group gives us a boost of support, each person will be able to continue to tap in between classes when issues and anxieties surface.

EFT reduces the release of cortisol, a stress hormone, in the brain. This brings us naturally into a restful state of mind and body. This is a powerful step into reducing stress and comfort eating!

There are over 100 clinical studies confirming the usefulness of EFT to address emotional and physical conditions, such as weight loss, PTSD and test anxiety.

This class will meet on four consecutive Tuesdays to establish a foundation for EFT practice. We can then decide to continue with more meetings for ongoing support and deeper work. Participation in the free Introduction to EFT class on September 21 will be helpful.
Fee: $25 a single event
$100 for all 4 sessions
