Introduction to EFT

This one-time, free meeting is an introduction to Emotional Freedom Technique, also called Tapping. EFT is performed by tapping with the fingertips on acupuncture points on the upper body while focusing on an issue we wish to resolve. It’s a safe, easily learned technique that can be used anytime. EFT reduces the release of cortisol, a stress hormone, in the brain. This brings us naturally into a restful state of mind and body.

There are over 100 clinical studies confirming the usefulness of EFT to address many emotional and physical conditions, such as weight loss, PTSD and test anxiety to name a few.
In this class, you will learn the basics to prepare you for upcoming EFT classes. Feel free to message me with questions.
