Kundalini Yoga, monthly with Julie

Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan,
is a holistic approach to yoga. Each class includes physical movements, breath exercises and meditations that are designed for a specific outcome.
Kundalini allows students to explore their natural energy centers, the chakras and build their own awareness of how to nurture that energy and build vitality from within.
