Kundalini yoga is a holistic approach to yoga. Each class includes physical movements, breath exercises and meditations that are designed for a specific outcome. Kundalini allows students to explore their natural energy centers, the chakras and build their own awareness of how to nurture that energy and build vitality from within. Beginners welcome!
