Learn Tai Chi for Health & Conscious Living. Online 12 week course starts Nov 4

Online Tai Chi classes are starting on Wednesday November 4th.
You will learn the first part, Stage 1 of the authentic Yang family Short Form.
This is a 12 week course consisting of 12 x 60 minute online classes backed up by 12 x 30 minute review class every week.
A Form in Tai Chi is a sequence of unforced postures that harmonize mind & body in a slow moving meditation.
This provides many health benefits for mind, body & spirit.
There are 4 foundational living principles that support everyday living. These are – Opening, Softening, Releasing and Grounding.
As these principles begin to integrate into our Tai Chi Form a shift in being takes place, a shift that invites us to live our lives more completely rather than just survive it.

The course offers you the opportunity to learn something new during the winter months while gaining strength, flexibility & energetic harmony. No special clothing or equipment is required. You will need an area approximately 8 x 4 in which to play the Tai Chi that you learn.

Finish Wednesday January 20th 2021
Option 1 : The fee for the 3 month course is $195.00.
