Learn The Natural Step Tai Chi Foundation Form for Health & Conscious Living

Starting on Saturday April 18th from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.
Colin Snow, Founder of Natural Step School of Tai Chi for Health & Conscious Living Minneapolis will teach the Natural Step Tai Chi Foundation Form online.
These classes will continue every Saturday at 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.
Registering for this first class ( whether you can attend or not ) will put you on the mailing list for the future Saturday morning classes.
You can ask to be removed from the mailing list or be added to the list along with family & friends at any time.
You will learn the Foundation Form ( a flowing sequence of simple but powerful traditional Tai Chi exercises ) & be introduced to the basic principles of Tai Chi practice.
This is meditation through movement.
The practice of it provides many health benefits, strengthens & optimizes the energy systems, boosts the immune system & function of the internal organs, all while enhancing everyday living.
The classes will be run on a ‘drop in basis’.
However regular attendance is the best option as it will provide continuity & deepen your practice .
You are welcome to extend this invite to family & friends who will need to register using the Zoom link provided below.
There is no charge for these classes.
