Ideal for all age groups & absolute beginners.
The Foundation Form provides many health benefits for mind, body & spirit. Strengthening & optimizing the energy systems, boosting the immune system & function of all the internal organs while enhancing everyday living.
Classes are run on a ‘drop in basis’ so each month you choose when & how many classes you attend.
